Applicants are accepted on a competitive basis. They are to have higher professional education and creative achievements in scientific work, having worked in a chosen speciality.

You are to put in the postgraduate course department your applications and documents in all specialities from 15 of May to 30 of June.

Entrance exams are held from 1 of October to 31 of October.

Applicants affile on the rector’s name the following documents:

• application for admission to a postgraduate course on the standard pattern
• individual certificate from personnel department
• reference from applicant's previous employer or place of study
• duplicates of diploma and its attachments
• duplicate of work credit card having been attested on place of employment
• interview record
• certification on passing comprehensive examinations for the Candidate's degree (for persons having passed comprehensive examinations for the Candidate's degree)
• List of published scientific works with the enclosure of one of them. Those who don’t have published works, submit scientific papers on the chosen speciality and a review to them.
• Photos – 3 (3x4)

Passport and diploma are submitted personally!

Applicants having taking postgraduate course are accepted on a national budget and contractual (paid) basis. The number of vacancies to take postgraduate course on federal budget payment is determined by the control figures of the admittance having established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. Applicants on contractual (paid) basis are accepted in addition to fixed plan.

All applicants undergo an interview with a supposed supervisor of studies during surrender documents’ period. The results of the interview are reported to the admissions department in written form on printed form.

The decision to give an access to entrance exams is taken by the admissions department taking into consideration the opinion letter of the supervisor of studies on the result of the interview and according to the reviews offered in scientific works and papers.

Applicants are allowed to take a thirty days holiday to get ready and take examinations with preserved average earnings on the job training.

Applicants are to take competitive entrance exams according to the state educational standards of higher professional education on:

• special branch of learning
• philosophy
• foreign language

Applicants having passed all applicant entrance exams or part of them while entering the postgraduate course are freed from correspondent entrance exams.

All entrance exams are taken according to programs worked out accordingly with the programs of higher professional education.

Admissions department carries out a decision on the result of entrance exams on each applicant providing acceptance on a competitive basis the most ready one to provide scientific and pedagogical activity.

Acceptance of postgraduates is executed by the rector’s order.

Term of study in full-time postgraduate course – 3 years, in correspondence – 4 years of study.

Work release of full-time postgraduates is provided according to Labor code of Russian Federation.

The research grant of full-time postgraduates being accepted according to control number of accepting plan is paid on the day of official acceptance but not earlier than dismissal from the previous place of work.
