Regulations of MaSU Scientific Students’ Society1. General provisions1.1. Full name of the organization department: scientific students’ society. 1.2. Abbreviation of the department – SSS. The scientific students’ society is an organization to unite students on a good will. It is created according to the Rector’s order on application of the vice-chancellor of scientific work and international relations. 1.3. The scientific students’ society is an organization development of scientific department of Magnitogorsk State University. 1.4. The structure and staff of the department of SSS is appointed by the Rector having submitted by the vice-chancellor of scientific work and international relations according to the current tasks and volume of work defined with long-term goals and university perspectives. 1.5. General guidance of SSS is performed by the vice-chancellor of scientific work and international relations and vice-chancellor assistant of scientific work and international relations on organization of Research Scientific Students’ Work (further vice-chancellor assistant of RSSW) 1.6. Superior leading body of SSS is MaSU.SSS Council. The main task of the Council is to promote and support students’ personal research scientific activity, generate and realize scientific measures in the university. SSS Council is organized and works according to the Constitution of Russian Federation; Federal Law of Russian Federation "Education act"; Federal Law of Russian Federation "Higher professional education act". SSS council comprises: the president of SSS, he is the Chairman of the Council, deputy director, senior secretary, chairmen of department activists. The vice-chancellor is in charge of the SSS Council. Permissions SSS Council members cease their work within expiration of the term of office, dismiss from the Council, application in person, graduation or expulsion, on the SSS Council members’ initiative, if 2\3 voted for this decision. Membership of SSS Council and changes in its membership are confirmed by the rector’s order upon the proposal of assistant vice-chancellor of SSS. The guidance is performed by…. Regulations of Magnitogorsk State University; 5. Decisions of the academic council and Faculty Councils; 6. Orders and arrangements of the rector of Magnitogorsk State University; 7.
